About us

Mission:

Intshisakalo Yolutsha, meaning The Youths Agency, is a community-based organization dedicated to providing community service through campaigns and other initiatives in Zithulele and its neighboring villages. We address critical issues such as corruption, drugs, crime, inequality, teenage pregnancy, alcoholism, underage drinking, and environmental concerns. We aim to collaborate with policy-makers, governments, NGOs, academics, entrepreneurs, activists, community networks, and like-minded individuals worldwide to develop strategies for resilient communities and cultures.

Vision:  We envision a village where the youth are inspired and empowered to address their own challenges and find sustainable solutions.

Our organisational aims: 

1. Healthy Communities: We strive for communities where physical, mental, and social well-being are prioritized.

2. Capacitated Youth: We aim to equip young people with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to become active participants in community development.

3. Empowered Villages: Our goal is to empower entire villages to identify and address local issues, fostering a sense of ownership and pride in their community.

4. Empowered Women and Children: We work to ensure that women and children have access to education, opportunities, and resources to thrive and lead fulfilling lives.
